Cancellation Policy
1. Requests submitted no later than 6 weeks before the course starting date or no later the application deadline if this is less than 6 weeks.
– Application fees will be forfeit.
– Any other fees paid will be refunded.
– Fees incurred for a refund will be borne by the student.
2. Requests submitted less than 6 weeks but later than 2 weeks before the course start date.
– The Application fees and 50% of the tuition fees of the first certificate of a diploma programme, or of the certificate programme applied to, will be forfeit.
– Tool Kit and Uniform will be refunded if they have been paid to Le Cordon Bleu Japan and not given to student
– In the case if a diploma programme, the fees for the following certificates that comprise the diploma programme will be refunded.
3. Requests submitted up to 14days prior to the course start date.
– Application fees and tuition fees of the first certificates in a diploma programme or the certificate programme applied to, will be forfeit.
– Tool kit and uniform will be refunded if they have been paid to Le Cordon Bleu Japan and not given to the student.
– In the case of a diploma programme, the fees for the following certificates that comprise the diploma programme will be refunded.
4. Requests submitted to cancel certificate levels in a diploma programme.
– Must be submitted no later than 6 weeks before the course starts date of a subsequent certificate.
– The application shall then be considered as a certificate programme and incur applications fees in accordance with certificate programme application rules.
– Tool kit and Uniform fees are not refunded.
5. Requests submitted to cancel certificates programme or certificate levels in a diploma programme after the deadline or after the course start date.

6. Refund
Refunds will occur no later than 2 months upon confirmation of cancellation requests by Le Cordon Bleu Japan. Refunds are credited back using the original payment method.
