A Michelin-listed chef opened his second yakitori restaurant in Sangenjaya, Tokyo. The restaurant uses the Niigata jidori chicken from Niigata prefecture, which is notable for its firm texture, and rich umami to attract local guests and tourists.

Contract Conditions

6:00PM to 10:00PM

■Salary
1,100JPY for Monday to Thursday
1,200JPY for Friday and Saturday

– Meal will be provided
– You will have probation period
– Transportation fee is negotiable

Requirements

– Must be able to work from one day a week

– Must have working holiday visa or right to work in Japan

– Must be able to communicate in fluent Japanese
