Miyajima Ramen School
Since the school’s foundation in 2001, more than 1,000 students from over 50 countries enrolled, including not only owners of ramen restaurants in Japan and professional ramen chefs from abroad but also those who have no experience in food service.

This ramen school has contributed to producing restaurants introduced in the Michelin guide as well as popular local restaurants. Because of the scientifically quantified recipes, many students from abroad were also able to make their restaurants successful.
Ramen recipes with no additives or MSG
All the recipes taught at the school use no additives or MSG. You can replicate tasty Japanese ramen with ingredients available in your country.
Selling experience at a mock restaurant/food stall
You do not only learn how to make ramen: you can also learn how to sell it at a mock restaurant/food stall. By selling your ramen in person, you can have more practical experience.
Free Accommodations
For those who enroll in a course for more than two days, accommodations will be provided for free.
Translation Arrangements
You can hire a personal interpreter at an affordable price. It costs 12,000JPY per day for English, Chinese, and Spanish translation.
Namely, it costs 60,000JPY for a 5-day course (12,000JPY x 5 days), 84,000JPY for a 7-day course (12,000JPY x 7 days). The school’s interpreters are all experienced and well versed with technical terms, so you can count on them!
